For the avoidance of doubt, these Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Website, and do not govern the use of or access to the Company's services or products, including web API, image processing, barcode recognition, and MICR reading (the "Service"), which may only be accessed or used on a subscription basis pursuant to the applicable terms of service (which may vary depending on a number of factors ) set forth in a separate agreement between the customer and Inlite.

Intellectual Property Rights

The Website and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by the Company, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

These Terms of Use permit you to use the Website for your personal, non-commercial use and your consideration of Company's products and services for use by your company only.
