This Privacy Policy (the "Policy") explains when and why we at Inlite Research, Inc. ("Inlite" or "Company") collect personal information about people who visit our websites and use our services and products, how we use that information, the conditions under which we may disclose it to others, and how we keep it secure.

How do we collect information from you?

Through the Websites: When you use our websites, including www.inliteresearch.com, and any others that link to this Policy that we maintain (collectively, our "Websites"). Web analytics services: Inlite currently uses Google Analytics. Google Analytics is a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. ("Google"). Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to analyze how users use the Domains. The information generated about Domain usage (including your shortened IP address) is transmitted to Google in the U.S. This information is used to evaluate visitors' use of the Domain, compile statistical reports on Domain activity, and provide other services related to the Site and Internet use. When Do We Disclose Your Information?

If you choose not to use the third-party providers in connection with a customer order of products or services from us, we may be required to collect credit card or bank account information directly from the customer; in such cases we will collect, store and dispose of such information in compliance with PCI
Business Transfers: In some cases, we may buy or sell assets or businesses. In these types of transactions, user information is typically one of the business assets that is transferred. Inlite may disclose Personal Information to a third party in the event of any reorganization, merger, sale, joint venture, assignment, transfer, or other disposition of all or any portion of our business, assets, or stock (including in connection with any bankruptcy or similar proceedings).
Channel Partners (including Resellers, and Distributors): We may share information about you with these entities to assist us in providing a requested service to you.
Use and Disclosure of Other Information
We may use and disclose Other Information for any purpose, except to the extent we are restricted under applicable law or our policies and terms. If we are required to treat Other Information as Personal Information under applicable law, then our use of such materials will align and comply with those requirements.
In some instances, we may combine Other Information with Personal Information (such as combining your name with your geographical location). If we do, we will treat the combined information as Personal Information
Data and Submissions
In the course of using certain of our software and support services, or when you upload files directly from one of our Websites, you may provide us with access to your data (including image files and Personal Information). If you choose to use our support services, you may send such information via email or send over file sharing services. Such information may include files containing data or programs, and we will confine our use such information to providing technical support, bug fixes or developing enhancements and improvements to our software and services.
Your choices
Browsing our Websites and/or domains does not require disclosing personal information. You can always opt not to disclose information. However, if you elect to do so, we may be limited in responding to your inquiry or providing services to you.
If you no longer wish to receive email marketing or telemarketing calls from us, you may opt-out of receiving marketing messages from Inlite by sending an email to privacy@inliteresearch.com, by unsubscribing through the unsubscribe/email preference center link in an email.
Please note that we may continue to communicate transactional/informational messages to you by email or phone about the products that you have purchased from us for service, product updates, and related purposes.
How can you access and update your information?

You also have the right to ask for a copy of your personal information held by Inlite. To exercise this right, please contact us by the means noted above.
Security precautions in place to protect the loss, misuse or alteration of your information
We have implemented organizational, technical, and administrative measures in an effort to protect your personal information within our organization, including security controls to prevent unauthorized access to our systems. While we take reasonable steps to secure your Personal Information from loss, misuse, interference and unauthorized access, modification and disclosure, no measures are 100% secure and there is therefore always some risk assumed by sharing personal information online, and we recommend that you take steps to also prevent inadvertent access to your personal information. If you have reason to believe that your interaction with us is no longer secure (for example, if you feel that the security of your account has been compromised), please immediately notify us.
Use of "cookies" and Other Tracking Technologies
The Websites operated by Inlite use "cookies" – small text files stored on a user's computer for record-keeping purposes. By showing how and when visitors use the Websites, cookies help us see which areas are popular and which are not.
